scout drawingYesterday, Crew Janci LLP filed a new child sexual abuse lawsuit against Boy Scouts of America in Minnesota.  We are proud to be representing the victim in this case — John Doe 153 — who suffered severe and repeated abuse by his Scoutmaster (Leland Opalinksi).

This case also highlights the ongoing problem of child pornography and sexual exploitation by pedophile Scout Leaders.

Peter has represented more than one hundred victims of sexual abuse over nearly a decade. In Spring of 2010, Peter Janci served as part of the Plaintiff’s trial team in Kerry Lewis v. Boy Scouts of America — a child sexual abuse trial in Portland, Oregon that resulted in a $19.9 million verdict for the Plaintiff.
