According to Evening News in Monroe, “Monroe police reported the investigation into the sexual assault case began when a girl who was seven years old at the time, told her parents that the man who was a family friend was assaulting her for some time. As the investigation continued, other victims came forward. There were a total of five known victims said Monroe County Assistant Prosecutor Amara Hunter. Police officials said the victims were known to Mr. Remington. At the time he was married and worked as an apartment manager in Monroe where he lived. Monroe County Prosecutor William P.
