Public Release of Boy Scouts’ Perversion Files
The Boy Scouts’ Perversion Files—the centerpiece of our 2010 trial victory in the case of Kerry Lewis v Boy Scouts, in which we were the attorneys in a $20 million verdict on behalf of a sex abuse survivor —have been the subject of a recent article in the LA Times, and, as the attached links show, continue to fascinate the public and the media. Well, readers should stay tuned, because, pursuant to an order from the Supreme Court of Oregon on Aug 21 we will publicly release all of the files from 1965-85, over 1200 of them, and post them online in a searchable database. Much, much more to come on this story. Stay tuned.
