Peter Janci Appears on Sword and Scale True Crime Show

This episode covers the 2020 double homicide of Najaf “Nate” Hobbs and Cassy Leaton, committed by Philip Nelson in Portland, Oregon, for which he was sentenced to life in prison.
From Sword and Scale: “What began as a dispute between tenants and their supposed landlord quickly became something far more sinister. Locks were changed. Basic utilities became weapons.
