Stephen Richmond was a school teacher at Catlin Gabel in Portland, OR.

Richmond taught theater, theater tech, and shop from 1973 to 1982.

An internal investigation by Catlin Gabel surfaced allegations of sex abuse against Richmond.

Richmond allegedly groomed several male and female students who were struggling socially. According to the School’s report, Richmond also photographed, groped, fondled, kissed, and engaged in nude full body contact with students. The abuse reportedly occurred on campus at Catlin Gabel, and also in Richmond’s home and during off-campus events.
