Catholic Order Quietly Releases Names of 21 Oregon Clergy Credibly Accused of Abuse

Our friends at SNAP notified us of this important news.

Last Friday, the Catholic religious order known as the Franciscans posted information on their website showing the names of 50 clergy members who have been credibly accused of sexually abusing children.  More than 20 of these individuals lived or worked in the state of Oregon.

Of these 21 clergy members, 12 lived in Portland, 8 lived in Salem, 4 lived in Tigard, and 2 lived in Troutdale.
