Ariel Ramira on October 17, 2012 Once again, Patrick Boyle of Youth Today, who did such pioneering work in exposing the abuse problem in the Boy Scouts with his book Scouts’ Honor: Sexual Abuse in America’s Most Trusted Institution, has written a very thoughtful analysis of the child abuse problem that runs through so many youth organizations. He was kind enough to mention my work in this piece.
Some years ago I wrote an article for the William Mitchell Law Review entitled, “Institutional Child Abuse: Not Just a Catholic Thing,” and I made some of the same points. Nice work, Patrick.
