Abuse Survivor Victory in Michigan Court
Believe it or not, the Boy Scouts of America actually argued that they have “no legal duty” whatsoever under Michigan law to protect children from sexual predators in Scouting. WOW! That will come as a shock to a million parents around the country, to whom the Boy Scouts is promising the best child abuse policies anywhere. This is a big win for the boys who were abused in 2005-2007.
