Cub Scouts Leader Franklin Lee Arraigned on Child Sex Crime Allegations

Franklin Lee, a leader of Cub Scouts Pack 128 in the Redwood Empire Council of Boy Scouts of America in Sebastopol, CA, was arraigned April 3 on allegations of sexual abuse of a child under 14. The 40 year-old “Frankie” Lee allegedly produced child pornography with the victim over the course of four years.

According to KTVU News, “Lee has been involved in scouting in Sebastopol, as a Den Leader for Pack 128 with boys up to third grade, and as Assistant Scout Master for Troop 27, boys into their teens.”
