Ferol Hester Resigned as Scoutmaster from Eugene Boy Scout Troop 80 and Police Officer for “Abnormal Conduct with Boys”
Former Boy Scouts Troop 80 Scoutmaster and Eugene Police officer was forced to resign both his job and his Scouting position when he admitted to “abnormal conduct with boys,” according to his BSA confidential Perversion File.
Hester, who resigned in 1966, was registered with the troop from 1962, and also worked with grade school kids as Eugene Police Department’s city-wide training officer for grade school kids inflatable toys.
