New Boy Scout Abuse Lawsuit Filed-Same Pattern of Neglect and Failure
Ariel Ramira on December 5, 2012 We filed a new Boy Scout sexual abuse lawsuit on behalf of a survivor who had been sexually abused when he was 11 years old. Sadly, the circumstances of the case are those with which we are all too familiar. Here’s an excerpt of what I told the press yesterday: “By the mid 1960s the Boy Scouts knew everything they needed to know to protect those kids and they weren’t doing it,” Clark said. “Kids continued to get abused.”
