Alex Blevins: Oak Creek Correctional

A civil suit alleges that Alex Blevins abused a 16-year-old at Oak Creek from 2009 to 2011, including skin-on-skin contact, forced fondling, and missed investigations after a formal report in 2011.

Robert Blacksmith: Hillcrest Correctional

Robert L. Blacksmith is accused of abusing a youth in a Hillcrest isolation room around 2001, groping, and using authority to suppress the survivor’s voice. He was later convicted on 10 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse.

Scott Scrabeck: OYA Corrections Officer

Three female survivors filed suit accusing Scott Scrabeck of repeated sexual abuse while he served at Hillcrest and Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facilities between 1999 and 2008. These allegations include groping, forced sexual contact, and abusive supervision.
