Bio
Vanessa is the Chief Operating Officer at Crew Janci. She is a Licensed Psychologist and prior to starting at Crew Janci served as a Regional Director of Behavioral Health for one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers. Vanessa is a compassionate advocate for mental health and is dedicated to using her expertise to empower and support survivors of abuse as they reclaim their lives and find a healing path forward.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys being active, traveling, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

- BA in Psychology – Wheaton College
- PsyD in Clinical Psychology – George Fox University
