Diva was a Scoutmaster with Troop 135 and Troop 103 in Queens. Also, Diva may have been a Scout Leader in the Bronx and Chicago and used the fake names of Carl Lavista, Calvin DeVyer and Cal Divera.
In 1956, Diva was arrested in Battle Creek, Michigan for carrying concealed weapons.
In 1960, Diva was arrested in Queens on moral charges with minor boys brought by the parents in Troop 135 and the Catholic Brigade.
